ITINERARY:
Day 1 -
Cairns to Cape Tribulation
Experience one of Australia's most scenic coastal drives along
the Captain Cook Highway. Visit the unique Rainforest Habitat
Wildlife Sanctuary and see the endangered Cassowary and
a myriad of other wildlife, including Koalas and Crocodiles.
You will have some free time to explore or purchase breakfast
or morning tea. Learn more about the unique rainforest wildlife
on a guided walk through the World Heratige listed Daintree
National Park. At Mossmon Gorge you will have the opportunity
to cross over the suspension bridge and if time permits, cool
off in the crystal clear Mossmam River. Look out for local
wildlife including water birds and Estuarine Crocodiles on
a Daintree River Cruise before arriving in Cape Tribulation
at your choice of included accommodation.
Day 2 -
Day trip to the Outer Great Barrier Reef
A free day to relax on the beach, soaking up the Cape Tribulation
atmosphere or select from the many optional activities available
(at own expense). (*Breakfast incl)
Day 3 - Cape Tribulation to Cairns
A free day to relax on the beach, soaking up the Cape Tribulation
atmosphere or select from the many optional activities available
(at own expense). Return transfer to Cairns or Pt Douglas
departs at 4.30pm (or as advised by your guide). (*Breakfast
