Our East Coast tour packages provide you with the opportunity to experience destinations you would never visit yourself when self-driving or taking an express bus pass.

The itineraries will showcase the hot spots as well as the hidden treasures of the Australian East Coast. We will immerse you into the real Australian environment through a variety of challenging, cultural and fun activities along the way.

• Unique Accommodation!
Adventure Tours staff have searched widely to provide unique accommodation that in many instances is itself a highlight of the tour. These trips include budget accommodation consisting of high quality backpacker resorts through to wilderness camps and a working cattle station. The basic price of the tour includes multi-share accommodation, but upgrades are available to twin and double rooms with bathroom in most destinations we stay.

• Who is suitable for our tours?
Our East Coast packages will appeal mainly to young, active travellers looking to experience Australia in a unique way.

• What do I bring?
Sturdy walking shoes, thongs/sandals, hat and sunscreen, towel and toiletries, swimming gear/beach towel, water bottle, torch, insect repellent, camera, money for meals not included, optional activities and listed fees.

Noteº:

• The group size, maximum 24 people, relates to our vehicles. Partner companies operate the Whitsunday Sailing and Fraser Island touring and group sizes may vary according to passenger numbers and available equipment.

• Upgrade accommodation is subject to availability, must be requested at time of booking and is not available whilst sailing. Upgrade accommodation is not available in advance at Carnarvon Gorge (however may be available on a standby basis to upgrade passengers on arrival at no additional cost). Double/twin/single rooms do not feature ensuite facilities at Kroombit or Carnarvon Gorge. Upgrade accommodation is budget style, may be located on different premises to multi-share accommodation and is only available to passengers who book and travel together. • †Local payments: Fraser Island fee (AUD$18pp), Whitsunday sailing fee (AUD$50pp) which includes Marine Park EMC, national park walks fee and wetsuit hire.

• During periods of wet weather, Carnarvon Gorge may be inaccessible and the itinerary will vary as required.
